Not long til the new term!! Time to turn it up!!!
Last week I'm came down with a fever, and felt so unmotivated and exhausted but today boom!!! I see my little bro @Tian is back, and see him training with @Tian Ge, got me hella pumped ! Thanks for the motivation fam!! 👊 I needed it!!! Got those daily push ups in with my weighted vest. Weight training/gym with a bit of chain wipe has been my go to this summer holiday, and it's been hella fun. But can't wait to get back at with you guys!! SWORD AND SHEILD TIME!!!!
and on a good note i start physio with my foot Thursday !!!
