Back to it! 🔥
While I was in Greece, training was on my mind everyday, just itching to get back to the temple, thinking all I want is to be good at kung fu. To be more deliberate with my training. Luckily for me, even with a wife and a physical job we’re I travel around the uk, building skateparks. I know I have so much time on my hands, it’s just all about mind set and being completely devoted to kung fu.
I made a schedule For Monday-Friday to help me stay on track, and to trail it for the next term. also making a yearly calendar to track my progress with the assessments provided on the app. Then finally figuring out how many hours in a week I would train. Totalling to 24hrs a week. To me this doesn’t sound like enough as there are 168hrs in the week. But we shall trial my new plan and see the progress for the next term! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
