Do you learn Chinese?

Absolutely! During classes, we incorporate the Chinese language, including drills and basic chants similar to those practiced at the Shaolin Temple in China. Additionally, we offer basic Mandarin classes to ignite your interest in the language, enhancing your personal development and deepening your understanding of Kung Fu's heritage.

Will I get to perform in shows?

We have a results-based program that encourages students to reach higher levels. Once you've achieved a level that meets the performance standards, we'll notify you of any available opportunities. Be sure to mention performance as one of your goals when enrolling.

Tracking your progress is easy! You can connect with our friendly temple athletes in person or through the temple training app. We conduct regular assessments, challenge days, and end-of-term grading ceremonies to ensure you stay on top of your development.

For members under 18, we encourage parents to set up a temple training app account. This allows them to access conversations between students and coaches, as well as monitor progress in their child's programs. It's a valuable tool for students to self-assess and for parents to support their improvement.

Why is my TT App not working?

Close and reopen the app: Start by closing the app completely and then reopening it. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve minor glitches. If this doesn’t work the Delete and reinstall the app: If closing and reopening the app doesn’t fix the problem, try deleting the app from your device and then reinstalling it. This ensures you have the latest version and that any potential corrupted files are removed. If your TT App still isn't working, contact us for help.

What equipment do I need for Temple Training workouts?

TT app features a whole range of workouts, and you don't need equipment for all of them. Some are bodyweight-only sessions, while others are best performed at Temple or in a gym. Check out the workout overview to find out what kind of equipment you'll need.
