Making adjustments

Ok so today my original plan didn’t go to plan. I intended to hit monster with @Long Shifu and @Tian Ge today and then spend the rest of the day at the temple! But it wasn’t ment to be, as I couldn’t get a train from Liverpool Street, no big deal!! It was adjustment time! I headed back to Brentwood, getting done what needed to be done! Headed to the gym did a push session, then after, practised my forms and worked on the tips I was given over the weekend.

  1. flying kick- adjust my head position

  2. Spins above head with stick

  3. Slap kicks ( slapping my foot not leg)

  4. No leaning back whilst kicking in fan form

  5. Finish pose, no lean forward

  6. Taps with 3 section

Looking forward to see what tomorrow has in stall!! 🔥🔥🔥
