Happy Wednesday!!

Today, I won't lie, I woke up, aching everywhere, super stiff, my body screaming to stay in bed, but I didn't wanna let myself down, the last couple weeks I have been highly motivated to get things done!! So started with my stretches and went for 20 min walk came back and started with my push ups, arms hating me, my form didn't wake up til the 3rd set but got it done!! GET THOUGHS DAILY PUSH UPS IN!!!

Absolutely, Lan . You've hit the nail on the head. The key lies in our ability to put in the effort, even on those days when we don't feel like it. It is during those challenging moments that we cultivate self-discipline. While motivation is crucial, it can waver over time.
