Doing push ups on hard wood floor to try to condition knuckles

I feel the fist on wooden floor will really help push myself to grow stronger and get better push ups. Using my fists instead of palms I've noticed makes me have to engage my back more, because it's harder to push with my hands at that angle

Fantastic job, Ed! Your execution is excellent, and I appreciate your insightful description. Adjusting the position of your hands adds an extra challenge to the push-up while simultaneously conditioning your fists. It's important to note that through this exercise, you're not just attempting to condition yourself, but you're actively achieving it. Well done! Keep up the great work.

Don't forget to secure your spot for Saturday's class and make sure to book in for hang time this Sunday. It's going to be an incredible session, filled with energy and excitement. This upcoming hang time will be the last one for the foreseeable future, so let's make the most of it and give it everything we've got. Keep pushing forward and stay dedicated. You're doing amazing!
