Update on foot injury!!

Hey temple fam!!!
I thought I'd keep you all updated on my foot injury as it will effect future training for myself!
So today i found out I have Morton's neuroma, this involves a thickening of the tissue around the nerves leading to your toes. But In my case this has caused my nerves to twist causing severe damage to my nerves causing pain. So I have to have surgery and physio in the future. I will still be training regardless maybe not intense but consistency is key!! KEEP TRAINING!!! see you guys Saturday 🔥🔥🔥👊👊

Yo, Lan! Regarding your foot health, it's not necessarily bad news, but it's also not entirely positive. The good thing is that they have identified the problem. As we emphasize in our classes, every problem has a solution. With the issue addressed, we can now focus on finding a way forward. It would be ideal if you could schedule your surgery during the summer break, specifically from July 23rd to August 26th, before the new term begins. However, regardless of the circumstances, we will make necessary adjustments and work together to accommodate your situation until your foot is fully healed and ready for more intense exercises. Please keep me informed about any additional conditions or potential surgery dates that may arise.
Stay focused, Lan, and remember that every problem has a solution. Don't worry about your foot; it's a minor challenge, an obstacle that adds excitement to the journey toward greatness. Embrace every aspect, both positive and negative. I will be in touch with you soon. Big love
