Got a 13 second handstand hold
Yay, it’s half term break and I’m practicing my handstands! I’m super excited because I’m doing the Bodyweight strength assessment in the temple training app. It’s so cool because it’s helping me get stronger and better at handstands. I’m almost there, just need 2 more seconds to reach the next level! I can’t wait to see my progress!
