HANDSTAND CHECK
Finished my hour morning session, 10k on the bike, 20 minute stretch and I decided to do a handstand workout and test my handstand. Last week I hit 60 seconds clean on the floor but that was in the afternoon. With pre-workout in the system my body was fully awake so this morning I wanted to test myself when I'm fresh, not fully awake, no pre and see what I have to offer. I hit a nice 30 seconds. The goal is to become as strong as possible when in my weakest form so when the day comes when I'm at my strongest, oh boy, all I can say is my enemies best hope they're eating their oats because when that day finally comes that we meet face to face , it's going to be on.
