Deadlift Monday!
After doing a hard pull session I attempted a max pr. I managed to get 130 with teh weights before but monster weights are a bit sketchy so I used the proper weights and only managed to get 120. My arms are dead from the workout so I’m pretty happy with the 120. I’m aiming for 140 by the end of the year! Let’s see if it happens!
