TEMPLE TRAINING

This time did 3k in 14 mins with a average of 4 mins sum thing cause I forgot lol 🤣🤣🤣 was better then 5 mins every 1k and was quite happy with it. Also wasn’t completely dead after I finished like I was before. Nice morning so far!! 🙏
