TEMPLE TRAINING

Public·14 members

What do you see?

Being in my position at the temple, within the martial arts world, and among the local fitness community, often brings about a sense of tension. Many perceive me as a show-off or an attention seeker due to my training attire and the performance of "flashy" movements. However, the truth is that I am simply being myself—a man on a personal journey to reach my fullest potential. I'm not here to show off or seek attention; I'm merely expressing myself through my body and movements as they are at present, with the aspiration of finding joy in each day while progressively improving my skills with each passing year.

I firmly believe that everyone is on a similar path of self-improvement, but it's easy to get sidetracked by comparing ourselves to others. It's crucial to remember that this is yet another test of our own resilience and self-discipline. Utilize it as an opportunity to grow, learn, and enhance your ability to stay focused on your own goals amidst external distractions. At the park, in the gym or on my own in the temple. I do what I do for the love of it.
