Leg Day

Here is a snippet of my leg day workout, specifically the middle section. The beginning typically consists of heavy squats, while the end is composed of my exit Fee routine. Why is it important to train each body part individually? Well, if you desire to optimize your workout and achieve the best results, it's crucial to extensively train every body part and subsequently allow sufficient time for rest and recovery. This principle applies to strength, conditioning, flexibility, and even translates into form practice and sparring. We are stronger together! Let's go, fam!
