Tafari is back!
I am so thrilled to share with you all about the amazing training session I had with Tafari this Sunday! Tafari has been a long-term student of the temple and has always been an inspiration to us all. Even though he moved abroad, he never let go of his passion for training and continues to work hard on his skills.
During our session, Tafari brought his A-game and we all had a blast practicing flick ups, Shaolin kicks, horse stance squats, and push-ups! The energy was electric and we all felt motivated to push ourselves to the limit.
It was such a heartwarming experience to see Tafari in person again and have the chance to train together like the good old days. We miss you, brother! Thanks for reminding us that no matter where life takes us, our passion for training and self-improvement never fades away.
