No excuses just adjustments! 👊

So I got to the gym today and it turns out it was closed so I went back home. And did 10 sets each of 3 exercises. Squats, pu bu alternating sides and ma bu holds whilst wearing a weighted jacket of 10 kg. Something is better than nothing! Then went on another walk and got my steps up to 20,000.

Tomorrow we level up!! And aim for 25000 steps and do a push workout!!

Consistency is key!!! 👌🔥👊

Well put, Lan. It's all about making adjustments, not excuses. As Oogway from Kung Fu Panda wisely said, there are no mistakes; every difficulty is a deliberate challenge we take upon ourselves. Shifting our perspective allows us to see struggles as opportunities, mere obstacles and stepping stones that propel us towards greatness, rather than the insurmountable brick walls we may perceive them to be. Remember, the only thing that can truly stop us is death, and even then, I'm sure the other world where Goku currently resides is filled with magical adventures. So, let's embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and continue our journey with determination and enthusiasm.
