Had a awesome push session with my Lovely
T, I've break the record of my finger push up and 100kg beach, awhile with T @Tian encouragement, however, 140 beach press still needs some more work, just like DG @MJ always guide us, you don't wait till great to start, you need to start to be great, but ALSO, steady and slow that's the way we grow!
