LEG DAY WID A PINCH OF MUSCLE UPS
My leg day workouts have been shaped by the trials and dedication within the temple walls for over two decades. With relentless practice and a burning passion, I'm relentlessly pushing to achieve greatness. Dealing with a slight injury, I'm keeping things simple for now. Focusing on basic exercises with reps and sets, today's session included leg extensions for the entire rack, performing 10 reps each, followed by hamstring curls for 10 reps. And not to mention, I challenged myself with muscle-ups, completing 5 reps on repeat every 3 minutes for a full hour, totaling 500 reps and counting. You know I take my training seriously, but I still find the joy in the process. It's all about the dedication and having fun along the way.
