1k in 4 mins
I told my dad about last month that one of my goals was to get 5k in 20 mins. This means 1k every 4 mins. A hard target to achieve but a great one, so today I started with 1k in 4 mins. I set the speed at 16 but it wasnโt enough so the last min I turned it up to max(20) and managed to get to it it. Very happy with this and canโt wait to do 2k in 8 mins!!๐ฅ๐
