Another day, another opportunity to thrive and put in the effort. Today, it was all about the push day grind. Keeping it simple yet effective – just three exercises on rotation: push-ups, dips, and bench press. With one set of each, timed every three minutes, I conquered 30 reps on the bench, 20 reps on the dips, and 10 reps on the push-ups, culminating in an intense 600 rep workout. Powering up may not be as challenging as you imagine – it's all about consistency, patience, and work to reap the rewarding benefits. As I always say, easy money when you invest in yourself.
