While your video is concise, I have a few suggestions for further development. During push-ups, remember to maintain a lifted head and avoid tightly tucking your elbows. As for the horse stance, let's take it wider. Your flexibility is remarkable, and it's time to unleash its full potential in your training. Embrace a wider, lower horse stance, infusing it with a fierce energy that commands attention. I anticipate our next session, as well as the forthcoming videos you'll be sharing, track your progress through the assessment programs, which all our dedicated students are currently participating in.
