After I was feeling a bit sick the day before, I decided to train my handstand push-ups when I realised I can only do about free, which was very bad for me. And then decided to work with a handstands to get it to be stronger. After that, I did some other handstand variations. And decided to make a video and post on my TikTok. I choose @An Ge , @Cheng and @MJ to try this out. 再见👋
