Experience 121 functional training sessions in hometown

Firstly, I would like to express that how surprise that I had find such GYM in my small hometown in Biyang, which is the first place that I meet with @MJ DG, it's fantastic that people realize that how important with such training, and work on spread the idea of training.


Secondly, I would like to share that functional training will bring us a lot of benefits, such as:


- Improve our energy supply system; which help us with the form training volume


-Any necessary adjustment; also called as  recovery training, incorrect movement will lead unnecessary injury from our dilly training, through adjustment the way of move to avoid such injury, which help increase our benefit of training.


-Strengthen our weakness; through specific training, make our weakness stronger to improve the performance in anyway of  training, and of course, to beat former self, hit the new record!


Let's go Fam, can't wait to do the same thing with you, lit up, and make the magic happen together🔥🧡✌️✊
