BOXING WITH THE TEMPLE FAM
Wow! Another amazing session with the Temple Fam. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting TC for the first time. He is a Shaolin disciple from the Shaolin Monastery in China, and we also had the pleasure of CC joining the training session. It was lots of fun and hard work, and as always, now that we are finished, we feel great. I cannot wait until the next session. Jiā yóu!
