Catch it Back
Over 10 year, since 2013 when I was in Shaolin, I think I will next able to catch my flexibility back again, Back then, LSF, were call me every morning motivate me, tell me the level from thumb to lil finger, to fist, to plam, till touch the head, nose, chin etc, and I can’t even get first level. What I thought, was I’m growing, of course my muscles become tight and unable to reach the level as I was able to. What I forget, is Kung Fu, which is day by day, step by step. Just in yesterday, after 800m endurance test, I’ve test my flexibility level, and something ovef 10 year I couldn’t do, happened right there.
Is summer Fam, great time to warm, move, you will feel like to stretch. If you feel hard to do PU Bu, then do stretch, if you feel hard to kick, then do stretch, if you feel hard to do some move in full range, then do stretch. No hard work, but just work, which the meaning of Kung Fu.
