Bottle smashing time!!
Today was awesome!! Started off the day with a 10 min stretch in the morning, then this video where I taught Sergio and another student from my school the ways of smashing bottles 🤣🤣 then me and Sergio did our daily workout of:
.100 pushups
.200 squats
.30 dips
.30 pull ups
Oh yeah, and all with an 8kg backpack on😱
