Morning Practice

Haven't practiced forms for a while so DG showed me a few moves to practice on Sunday. After Sundays session with DG I left class with dead arms after rope climbs but surprised I managed to actually complete the task. Thanks for the encouragement DG 👊🏿. After push-ups yesterday morning triceps still aching

so decided to leave body weight training out today to do a little work on forms. Rusty but Making steady progress. Restarting is always hardest.

Your execution of the form is impressive, with one small adjustment: in this specific setup, the upper cut movement should be performed with the right leg in front, not the left.
