Been trying out these new workouts to adapt and adjust my abilities to hopefully get in shape for some of the more advanced forms later on down the line.

For now the video shows me doing my 20 pushups 4x a day and I will continue to keep up these forms to get in greater shape.

To prepare for the grading, it's essential that you secure tickets for yourself, as well as encourage your friends and family to attend and support you. Additionally, it's time to focus on completing your assessments, and I recommend beginning with the Bodyweight assessment.🙏
