Successfully Tuesday!!

Another successs!! Started my day with some one finger wall push ups , then picked my favoured ab workout out from the app!! Ticking off two things from my list, then heading of to work around 7am, getting all the things needed to be done so I could get home for 1pm for another hour cardio session at the gym and a set of 10 for 10 push ups. Now time to head home for some lunch. NOODLE TIME!! Not as good as @Long Shifu, but it will do!! 😋this was a great time for me and the wife to spend some time together in the garden embracing the sun, 3:30 was apon me and form training was calling! 2 hours in my locals fields for 3 section and fan mixed in with some kicks! This completed my 2000 step count and off to home for some dinner for 6pm. And then spending the rest of night watching a movie with the family and discussing our days!! How has everyone’s else’s days been?
