A new journey begins


Ok, so with the bodyweight assessment, I always leave out the muscle up, but today I thought lets just try, I watched some videos with resistant bands, got my pull bar out, couldn’t put it full height because of ceiling, at the start it felt weird not fully hanging from a bar, but after a while I got used to it, it was a bit frustrating at first, only one arm wanted to go over the bar and sometimes my feet just natural wanted to help with the floor being so close , but I just kept trying and trying again, figuring out we’re I’m going wrong, I couldnt get much swing because of resistance band but the bounce helped me get my body over the bar, I can’t wait to see the progress from this video in the future 👊👊👊
