Got to the gym!! And turns out the gym was closed today!! 🤔 So I went home, and did 10 sets of 3 exercise, squats, pu bu and mu bu hold! With a weighted jacket on of 10kg!! Something is better than nothing
And then went and got my step count up to 20000. 👊👊
Tomorrow we level up and aim for 25000 steps and do an push workout!! 🔥🔥🔥
