No excuses just adjustments!!!

Got to the gym!! And turns out the gym was closed today!! ๐Ÿค” So I went home, and did 10 sets of 3 exercise, squats, pu bu and mu bu hold! With a weighted jacket on of 10kg!! Something is better than nothing

And then went and got my step count up to 20000. ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š

Tomorrow we level up and aim for 25000 steps and do an push workout!! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ
