Mantis
This is a video of the last section of my mantis form. I worked on this part specifically because its the part that i find most difficult and want to get better at it. Thanks to Da Ge's tips i now know that i need to work on the sharpness of my moves to look more like a mantis, and jump higher for the b-twist.
