T’s Workout Challenge👌
Decided to film and edit my daily training session that I do with Sergio at school every day. Every morning I wake up and do a small 10 min stretch in the morning. Then after school between 5-7 we start our workout. We set a 21 min timer and get some chairs for our dips. Once it hits 20 mins, every two mins we hit:
.15 pushups
.30 Mabu squats
.5 dips
This works out to 150 pushups, 300 mabu squats and 50 dips! Crazy right!!! 😱
Then for pull-ups we have a 10 min timer and every minute on the minute we hit 5 pull-ups working out to a crazy 50 pull-ups!! But to make it harder, on the last set, take a little break, I usually take a 5 min break, then go for a max set of pulls!! I did a bit less on both parts of the workout since I had a 8kg weighted bag but anyways…
