Training has been pretty slow and hard for me recently, and my focus hasn't been on my training but my recovery instead. but I'm starting to recover with physio helping my foot and shoulder, today I wanted to see where I was at with weights and set new future goals.

Hoping to enter the new year with potentially 60 kg bench and 100kg with deadlift
