Feeling super motivated this week after an epic weekend of training and a powerful trip to the Kung Fu cinema to watch Jet Li’s Shaolin Temple remastered in 4K on the big screen. One of my all-time favourite scenes is the legendary Drunken Pole, so here’s a throwback clip—1980s-style—of me keeping the legacy alive in the Valley of Peace.
