TEMPLE TRAINING

Power from Temple and team always shows, had a fire training with @Cheng in Saturday, I've definitely 断 myself = break myself, if CG wasn't tell me to try , I will just sit on the couch and chill, however, team support led magic happens, I've break my record if finger push up to 30 reps and finally had try my one finger push up, which I achieved my goal ahead of schedule, that's why I always emphasize the importance of sharing is caring, from it, we can provide support each other in the community, push together make great team work, led further 断 ourselves! Let's go fam, team work makes dream work!
