I HAVE THE…

Let's take a nostalgic trip this Saturday evening with some lovely photos I stumbled upon. One showcases the early days of Dragon Warrior Lan at Temple, and the other two feature Nat, a powerhouse of a man, during the lockdown saga when he was studying the 9-section chain whip.

Today, July 29th, Nat is stepping into a bodybuilding competition, and I have no doubt he'll dominate the stage. His impeccable physique, unwavering dedication in the gym and especially the kitchen, is nothing short of legendary, comparable only to the likes of He-Man, Goku, and Lion-O.

I'm eagerly waiting to see the photos of that well-deserved first-place medal shining around your neck, Nat. You've got this! Finish the line... "I have the..." @Lan Lan 蓝蓝 @Nat Lawrence

Sick Post! Forgot about this photo! The comp was in fact yesterday. I came1st for my age group which was expected to be honest as the competition in this country for my age group isnt great, even at the highest level. So it is safe to say that I am the best amateur bodybuilder in my age group (40 and up) in the UK which is beyond cool! Its friggin phenomenal! Anyone would want to be in the top 1%! So for that I acknowledge and am greatful for my blessings. For the open class which is where you compete against some of the best Mens Physique athletes in the country that are 6ft and above (so the biggest monstars in the MP category), I made it into the top 5 with a 5th placing. This to me is phenomenal as I took a year out last year to train things that were more functional, mobility and martial arts related, which is why I love Shaolin so much as its essentially a compendium of fitness tests spanning a comprehensive range of disciplines which cultivate longevity and holistic health to the highest level. So considering all my time off, the fact that others I compete against are 'assisted' and I'm totally natural, coupled with the fact I have a young daughter and a demanding career outside of fitness, Im absolutely elated with that placing.

In 6 weeks I went from 36.5" waist to 33". Next target is 31" for the next show which is in 10 days time. After an epic feast yesterday its back to the grind. Will be drilling more Shaolin to get the remaining fat off so will post up a lot of what I'm doing. Photos of the victory are incoming lets go! 🚀 🐉 🥷 🔥
