STUDENT OF THE TERM

Each term at the Temple, we celebrate our Path to Excellence graduation ceremony. This event allows students to showcase their hard work over the past 10 weeks to friends, family, and the local community. It’s a unique opportunity for reflection, assessment, and goal-setting.

A key highlight is the Student of the Term award, which honors a student who excels in all aspects of Kung Fu and daily life. This recognition extends beyond physical training to achievements in school, work, personal interactions, and goal-setting.

This short documentary highlights T’s story and gives you an insight to his greatness.

For the spring 2024 academic year, we are proud to announce T, the Kung Fu Kid, as our Student of the Term. Although T was unable to attend the ceremony in person due to a live TV performance in Georgia, he received a standing ovation and has been invited to return for the next stages of the show in July.

Each term, the Student of the Term receives a hand-painted scroll and a gift from our sponsor, Gravity Fitness. This term, T received a portable pull-up bar, enhancing his training at his boarding school in Wales. The future is bright, and we are excited to see what the young warrior will achieve next.
